Your account is your responsibility—you confirm you're of legal age, you own the payment method you use, and you agree not to use ayah4d for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right

to suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Payment security is built into every transaction; your QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay details are encrypted and never stored on our servers after processing.

Common Questions About These Terms

We'll contact you first to clarify. Minor breaches may result in a warning. Serious violations—fraud, hacking, money laundering—lead to permanent account closure and funds forfeiture where applicable.

Disputes are reviewed case-by-case. If you deposited via QRIS, DANA, OVO or GoPay and the funds never arrived in your account, we investigate. Once you've played, disputes are harder to resolve.

These terms apply to supported regions only. If you're accessing ayah4d from outside a supported region, you're doing so at your own risk and outside our terms.

You can close your account anytime through settings. We'll process any remaining balance within 5 business days to your original payment method. Permanent closures due to violations are non-reversible.

All QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay transactions are encrypted. We never store your full payment details after processing. Your account data is secured with industry-standard encryption and regular security audits.

We aim for 99.5% uptime, but outages happen. These terms limit our liability for service interruptions. If an outage causes you to miss a bet or withdrawal, contact support with proof and we'll review it.

Change your password immediately and contact support. We'll review login history and freeze the account if needed. If fraud occurred, we'll investigate and may reverse unauthorized transactions.
